Merrimack FLL

Chop Shop 166 grew upon what we started last year and created 4 different FIRST LEGO League (FLL) teams this season. The new teams are Chop'n More Stuff, Nitro Boosters, The Speedy Flying Cheese Wheel, and Krazy Kars. Over the season, Chop Shop team members helped mentor the 16 students so they could learn skills in design, coding, and teamwork. 

The teams competed at a qualifier competition on November 15 at Hillside Middle school in Manchester New Hampshire. The teams worked hard and completed all the missions they set out to do and more. This year's FIRST season is based on archaeology, so the FLL Innovation Projects were on potential tools that could help archaeologists when at work. Each team presented their innovation project to judges for 30 minutes.
